This Spice Blend was a true labour of love. Taking over 8 months to develop and and incredible amount of taste tests, we narrowed it down to the Mean Meat Rub. Not only can you use it on Beef, Pork, Bison, Moose or Elk, you can mix it in with Seafood, Stir Fry, Rice or even Soup. It is Incredible diverse with some nice even Heat, Citrus, Smokiness and Herbs, you will be amazed what you can pair with the Mean Meat Rub.
