We are a travel company operated by folks that have traipsed around the world personally and not just read about it in a book. While we can’t think of any place we wouldn’t want to go (seriously!) we have chosen to specialize in River Cruises, Small Ship Cruises, as well as Small Group travel to Europe & UK, Africa, the Middle East along with wildlife tours which are always a favourite!

Sandcastle Vacations was born in 1996 as a family business and has been evolving ever since, though we are still very much a family agency. As a member of Travel Leaders, we have the large consortium buying power and connections worldwide to assist you, while keeping with our small town approach to business.

Personally, our family has lived in Airdrie since 1977! Hailing originally from Calgary, we made the “big” move out here when there wasn’t so much as a 4 way stop. How times have changed!
